The Changing Landscape for Licensed Professionals and the Discipline Process in New Hampshire
We will cover the significant changes taking place due to the reorganization of the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification, in the discipline process, the elimination of the Administrative Prosecution Unit from the NH Department of Justice, the effort to provide more due process to professionals, the new staffing changes, how the rules may change, and what this will mean for any professional charged with misconduct and a violation of the administrative rules.

Licensed in both Maine and New Hampshire, Jack P. Crisp, Jr. is a seasoned and well-rounded attorney with over four decades of legal experience. For the past few years, Sara has focused her practice on family law matters such as prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, divorce, post-divorce, parenting, guardianship of minors, restraining orders, and adoption.  Since joining The Crisp Law Firm, Sara has expanded her practice to include estate planning and business-related transactions and disputes.  Sara considers herself an empathetic person, but also a careful and pragmatist individual searching for practical solutions.  Sara enjoys assisting individuals and families navigate through the Court system during what can be difficult times.
