This full day, in person training will address issues of particular concern in recent years in New Hampshire, including release of records, work with members of high-conflict and/or Court-involved families, multiple roles, boundaries and reporting laws. It will also examine issues that all practitioners should be aware of with regard to planning for termination of your practice due to retirement, death or incapacity. Lastly, practitioners will learn about important administrative changes to the Board of Mental Health due to its inclusion in the Office of Professional Licensure.
